Astrid was already so tired from a long day dealing with all the children, including her teenaged twin daughters, but her son Kalvin still wanted his regular bedtime story. Her husband went to help get the girls into bed while she took Kalvin back to his room to read him a fairytale. Roxani, the family's dog, knew the girls were safe with her Master and came along to keep an eye on the boy, soon dozing nearby as the story was being read aloud.
