So...It depends on what you define as easy. But yes...i guess they are really handy pets.
Just take care that its not too cold and always a bit moist (depending on the subspecies) put in food and put out poop~
You can shower them from time to time under the tap. They LOVE that and become hand-tame very fast.

Yes, but it's a different and slightly smaller species. They were accidentally imported with plants in Florida and have been an issue within southern states since.

Ah yes. I think they are pretty handy c:
Just put in food and water...and keep it clean from the poop. They don't like the cold and need a bit moist ground (but not much~)
Spiders are the only pet even easier to keep XD (i my eyes ;D)

In Europe you can buy them at reptile markets from breeders and pet-stores (sometimes...but pet-stores are BAD. Most of the time they don't take right care of the animals and the poor snails are ill and stuff like that!)

Weeee~ I love African Land Snails. I don't know if these are the same since they are so pale though D: My snail-knowledge is not good enough to know for sure XD! They're gorgeous, I really love snails. I used to work with exotics/insects and these were one of my faves (as well as hissing cockroaches mwahaha!)

It's hard to beleive that they start off REALLY tiny when they first hatch out and end up so big XD I love how they feel when you hold them, that strong foot of theirs is incredible. They're so cute, I used to look for garden snails when I was a kid and used to love watching them. I guess people find that a bit odd but I guess it's no different to keeping fish... they're just great to watch. XD

Oh yes. its so much fun when they interact with each other. (Snail-Taxi and stuff like that XD)

Ich hab sie von einem Bekannten, dessen Schnecken Eier gelegt haben und der dann vergessen hat das Gelege abzukochen (die legen 50 Eier auf einem Schub, man kann sich unmöglich um alle kümmern) Aber dann waren sie schon geschlüpft. Und lebende Tiere zu töten...nein :c
Deshalb hab ich ihm die zwei abgenommen, damit sie ein schönes zuhause haben.
Man kann solche Schnecken auch auf Exotica-Tier-Börsen kaufen. Aber dort werden sie meistens wirklich unmenschlich gehalten...und eigentlich sollte man das nicht unterstützen :/ Aber es gibt auch gute artgerechte Züchter hier und dort :3

I've never spoken or been in contact with anyone that has these as pets. Does their terrarium take up a lot of space? I'd imagine they'd need room to slurp around n' stuff. Are they big eaters? I'm guessing they need to eat some sort of calcium lick to keep their shells strong. I should probably do more research instead of asking you a bunch of questions, but owners tend to have better advice than a book or article ^^;

Yeah we thought so too! And we named him Snailpo after the food that Spongebob's pet snail Garry eats. Also btw I love your art. You're fantastic and just never stop believing in yourself and your amazing abilities. Always love seeing new work from you <3
