Another one of my overdue projects.
Last March, I drew two of my Star Packs member dressed as Road Rovers which were Elton and Rod. I intended to do the same for the rest of my Star Pack. But I got sidetracked. I worked on James back then. But I never got to finished it. Now I have and here he is.
