Ratatoskr is a mythical squirrel in the norse mythology said to be a messenger travelling up and down the root of Yggdrasil to deliver messages between Nidhogg and Hräsvelgr. The name translated means "drill tooth". Since squirrels are small and swift I decided to give my interpretation ninja skills. I also gave him a messenger bag as well as a horn on his head, as the latter is something he was depicted with in old art.
