This was done completely in Sai Painter Tool.
One of the main things I was worried about with working with Sai was that I wouldn't be able to do the flashy latex shine effects. I think this is a little closer, but still not exactly there. I may end up doing everything in Sai and then just porting over to Photoshop for latex touches from now on.
