Surely the Kong should have a standard size of 2 km in height is enough to be able to grasp the buildings through your fingers. I wanted to say if you could make a 2Km tall Mega Kong model near the small town, as I think Kong is formidable at that size, as that would be the real size of Kong: 2Km tall would surpass Godzilla and Kong would consider itself the Biggest Monster of all time.
