This is some classic TF art. The simple, one subject composition. The shocked expression. The burst shoes. There's more modern elements to it, like the full background and slight asymmetry to the changes spreading over her. Still, I get a retro/nostalgic sense from this piece. Like there's some parallels between it and the TF art from the early 2000s.

Or maybe it's just been that long?

What stands out to me is the contrast between her eyes. The temporary dichromaticism is fascinating. Though i also really like how you drew the pads.
