Once upon a time, the old Bendraqi robbed a human mad scientist named Dr. Anthony Sworzak, who invented a dream machine based on the concept of the holodeck as seen in all Star Trek media. His intentions were to use it for the good of mankind, since it works like a holodeck, but it can also let you have the dreams you want when you sleep. But now, TBTC terrorists have stolen it, figured out how to duplicate it, and use it on a select group of Drumbums so that if they die in the dreams they have, they die in reality!
Tragic, but as expected, CNG decides it will punish the terrorists, preventing the G-52s from doing their proper jobs.

Chuong: Okay that was a bit darker than expected. Personally, that dream machine shouldn't have been invented in the first place.
Zax: Not that it would matter much because if the AIRAF can develop space-grade technologies for their own agendas, then our enemies can create stuff like this.
Chuong: Yeah. At this rate, these global travel restrictions will be in place. That means much fewer conventions, festivals, and all things fun. Nobody is going to travel overseas except authorized heroes, world leaders, and officials of other international organizations like the IOC. Maybe the military too but at this rate, the American Congress may ask Leo to withdraw all American troops and just stick with exporting military and security hardware to several key countries, like Japan and Vietnam.
Jack: Oh Moon Moon. You speak as if darkness will rule Earth. Don't you remember why superheroes exist? That's what the G-52s are here for!
Marshall: Don't forget about the GSAF too. But in the end, darkness is not forever.
