Zoey is a mew of many words. She's loud, outgoing, energetic, and rather boastful, but not in an annoying way. Many find her claims amusing rather than arrogant. She claims to be a pirate. Or was it smuggler? Okay so she changes her story often, so no one is certain what she is, but they are certain it isn't anything legal. Zoey is one of the last mew left in the world, so to blend in she'll transform into a more common pokemon to go unnoticed. She has a thing for tall tales and claims to have lost her eye in a daring sea battle with no less than fifty gyarados. She's lying... Her eye is fine. She just wears the patch to make her look cool. It's not uncommon to see the eye patch on the other eye because she forgets how her story is supposed to go. Despite her cute appearance, she's not to be messed with and may have lit a few people on fire, but she'll neither confirm or deny that.

Close associates include a garchomp named Gunpowder (who makes explosives), a shiny morpeko named Pip (who happens to be an accomplished thief) and a kadabra named Marigold (the resident fence of the Outlaw's Refuge Zoey frequents).
