Funnily enough I had a friend who used to hate that; like in the context of books turned into films or other media.
Used to say it broke his head cannon on what characters might have looked like; I never really got it.
I like to think regardless whatever design I give characters that's just my head cannon of what they look like in comparison to other people's... Okay maybe except for two who are the perfect design in which no alternative shall be accepted...maybe...XP
But you can say, I'd assume based on the phrasing of your comments you had a slightly different image of Maria and Milo?
Also don't think I didn't catch that comments on the car's colour before you hid it. ;)
Admittedly you almost had me conceding that maybe the very dark mustered yellow could easily be mistaken for green at certain angles... But I'd assume you dropped that point, by proxy agreeing it's yellow. X)

Admittedly a slightly brighter colour may have been better but eh... Maybe that'll be a incentive to crack out the MS paint to have ago making this a full image... Though that'll be far down the road, I pray for how the poor car will turn out ;)

Interesting, I can promises that I changed nothing about the image during the last few hours. Everything is as it was.
It's nothing; I once heard the theory that a lot of people can be colour - blind to varying degrees; sometimes to really small degrees... like inclinding dark yellow is green. ;)
Though the more we're having this conversation the more am looking back to the picture and it seems to be turning slightly more green... If I do this again that cars going be bright yellow next time
"I thought it might be a bit rude in case you really are colour-blind!" am not going lie something about that sounds kind of funny.
Just writing colours to add flavour but having Monochromacy with no references of what those colours are; that sounds like the most chaotic kind of good energy. ^_^

Actually isn't the deeper joke her that Maria being a anthro-dog-creature would have a completely different spectrum of colour. Which if my seconds of snooping are correct does cover yellow but has no perception of green... So really as far Maria is concerend the car is yellow, the issue is not the oil and the cake is a lie... What was going on again?
