Here, we have Sayaka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica being all diapered up by a witch, with her skirt being replaced by a rather large Cloth Diaper, as well as the rest of her clothes being babified to match. She can now only summon large rattles instead of swords, with the rattles doing almost no damage to anything they hit. It won't be long before the Curse progresses even further, with Sayaka experiencing some...further effects of it.
