Today from what I've heard was Jirachi Day. So why not celebrate with my first ever OC Jirri.
Does he look odd to ya? Well... ya looking at him in his prime. Or at least his repressed form. Not shown very often so thought this would be a good opportunity. Jirachi is my most favorite mythical and legendary and one of my top ten favorite Pokemon. So hearing that I didn't miss Jirachi day threw me some blissful moods. uwu
