Also known as The Flag Clown. Jingles is the color of the American flag and the 4th of July.

Yes, this is a 4th of July puppet, a red, white and blue clown named Jingles, because he has a bell in his big white buttons that jingle when he walks, talks and does a lot of things. He

- lights fireworks and when they explode in the sky, the red, white and blue lights form his head to let everyone know that Jingles was there.
- does funny tricks
- tells funny jokes
- does silly stuff, even when he is happy, sad, or angry; he is hilarious, even when he tries to be dramatic
- makes accidents a lot, which is meant to be funny. Even when he tries to fix his accidents, it is meant to be funny
- messes up at juggling (he is not very good at juggling, but it's still a laughing matter)
- tries to brighten up someone's day, when when they are feeling down and unhappy
and overall, he enjoys life, being the best he can be. He lives a normal life, besides clowning around. lol

He is also an important clown for the 4th of July and for the United States of America. He has jobs and assignments and he lives a normal life, just like we do. :) And he cheers and laughs and claps his hands often, esp. when he hears The National Anthem (The Star Spangled Banner).
