Will that, explosion?, of mystically created Mega Stones and Z-Crystals have any affect on anyone else nearby? Lumiose city is supposed to be Pokemon Paris, there should be a lot of people that could be living in hotels and lofts beneath that explosion, and perhaps beneath its fallout.
