Colored this base earlier today while my internet was down since I had it downloaded. I originally did not do anything with this base since I thought based on the title that it was a base of a wolf having a Popsicle but it turns out it was a lollipop. So out of boredom I changed the lollipop from the original base to a popsicle (I was trying to make it look like a pawpsicle from Zootopia without having access to any reference since I had no internet).
