Personality: Is comepletely Insane. Often talks to herself, or the growth on her arm. Laughs at nothing and any pain she gets.
Abilities:

blood Control: Has complete control over her blood. As such she can harden it, or use it as a weapon as long as its within a certain range (about 50 feet from her). Example if ther is a puddle of her blood, she can form a spike from it.

Awaken: When the growth on her arm completely covers her body, a 5th eye opens on her forhead. This one has many ablities, most of which is unknown to her.

Is able to exdend spikes, whips, or tenticals where ever there is the growth.

She can regenerate lost limbs (such as if her arm is cut off it will regnerate over time tho, and this does include her head). wounds that would scar are also healed

Noticable features:

Has 5 eyes (4 normal sized one and a large one). Two of them are always open, but more open the more the growth spreads on her body.

Growth: A black like growth, that looks more like a second skin, that seems to flow as if it has a mind of its own (which it does).

Weakness:

If the growth is removed from her body (in vast amounts or all of it) it could cause serouse damage to her and even death.

Blinding her eyes will cause her to lash out wildly, often attacking those near her.

Damaging the large eye enough will cause her to revert back to her more human self, before KOing

Cutting and piecing weapons are almost useless unless it is a sneak attack, as her harden blood can prevent all but the sharpest of things to go through her. Doing damage that causes internal damage will effect her even if her blood is harden, for example shockwaves.

Personal History:

Kidnapped at an early age, she was subjected to experements that slowly caused her to go mad. she finally went over the edge, when the growth was attached to her arm. With her new ablity she quickly gained the upper hand and slaughtered all.
After it was done, she realized how much fun it was to kill others, so she has been doing so sense the escape.
While she was slaughtering a village, the people kept calling her insane. She thought of this as her name and kept it that way.
She espesually loves to torture women, as it lets her screw them with tenticals before killing them. Usually she tortures them sexually and gives them a quick death after she is finished.

The Growth on her are is quite intellgent, and can easily make its own disions, even moving her body if she is KO'd.
If she dies the growth dies, and it knows this, so it tries to keep her alive so it can stay alive.
The growth also can comuicate with Insane and only with her, by mental link
