Emergency Police, a game probably most Emergency fans (911 First Responders if that rings a bell) don't know exists. Can't blame them because from what I gathered it is a Germany-exclusive game, probably didn't have much aspirations for this one. It is pretty much just a reskin of the first game in the series, Emergency - Fighters for Life, but adds so much that became a standard in later games. Namely police psychologists, special units, snipers and police helicopters, amongst armored vans and flashbangs which together formed the meta of dealing with armed criminals even to this very day.

Yes, even in Emergency 20 (EM5 + all DLC's) the same tactics as in this game (or it's more widely known sequel, Emergency 2) are still used today.

I have a soft spot for old games, especially for obscure ones. Could only find two offers for this online and immediately grabbed it at first sight. With it my collection of the series as physical releases (where possible) is complete. Oh, it also came with the manual which is nice!
