Man, you put a lot of work into this. Every bit of both characters moves.
I love how you made the octopus a tentacle moustache. XD
Poor otter. That tentacle tip is exploring over his whole torso, no inch untouched. And he's already losing it, unable to defend himself. He's gonna go screwy when the octopus starts using all his other tentacles.

This looks like it was a LOT of work!
Everything is suitably squishy but the frame rate maintains a good speed while keeping everything looking slow, floaty and underwater looking.
Really testing your skills here and pushing the limits of this scene in more ways then one.
