So I was recently thinking about making my character Abel a new ref, but, I also wondered if maybe I wanted to change his design.
I wanted to base it around a breed too. He started as an Appenzeller Sennenhund, but... I really think Anatolian Shepard Dog works well too. c:
So here we have his original design (number 1) and then four others based on Anatolian Shepard dogs! But I really have a hard time choosing. So I'd like a vote! Just pick your favorite of all the designs. c: Please.
Also, to explain number 4, it's lazily done, rather light colored brindle pattern. U: On his pie bald pattern. ... -Shrug- I saw it on some other dog and Anatolians come in all sorts of colors so I fair why the hell not. xD
Also he doesn't normally have the hair in Quad but I needed to make sure it wouldn't clash if I draw it occasionally/If I draw anthro. U:

I like 3 or 5 the most. I like the colors on 5 a lot, but I feel like the mask is kind of overwhelming. Maybe 3's pattern with 5's base color? Or maybe give 5 a little more dark on his body to balance out the face, maybe a saddle? Just thinking aloud, they're all solid designs c:
