Since in comics or Cartoon cobra never made an appearance of mention i had my own idea that airachnid actually had came to earth decades before events of the show. She actually became the new leader of cobra, tying in the 80s cartoon with prime. With original cobra organization fell decades ago, airachnid somehow obtaining a unique ability to not only change size of her body but also have a human disguise. She eventually taking what was left of cobra and had rebuilt it with her becoming its new leader. So some of the events we see in Tfp doesn't happen cause she was already on earth before then. Her methods seem to differ from likes of serpentor and cobra commander as its unclear if she truly wishes to conquer the world or cause a bit of chaos and mischief across the world. The wolf on the right in viper trooper outfit is actually feng, who was once human but was part of experiment of geneticaly augmenting cobra troopers with animal dna.
