I'm working at my current Kindergarten since about 7 years. Since last june we had a new chef....at the beginning, she was friendly and open communicating.

But since her test work time had ended (every new staff member has to work for 6 months testwise) she became bossy, uncommunicative and rude. Everything that went bad was now the fault of us, the employees. She was perfect, untouchable. And if the situations in the grouprooms became too much, instead of help we got "You are trained professionals so handle that!"

Between april and may 4 people quitted their jobs.

Our contracts keep us in the kindergarten until the end of august, so we are still in the team, working.
"She" did not tell the parents until now and many of them are angry with her. In September there will be only be 4 people working there instead of 10 (one wasn't meant to stay from the beginning, so there are 5 at all leaving)

When i quit at the beginning of may, i felt free. And i had this picture in my mind over and over. So i commissioned a friend of my Furry-Brother  Luzifer_Rattus to draw it....and here it is.

The aircraft carrier is me, steering through the rough way, with enemies/problems all around...but there is light and free waters in sight. And i will reach them soon!
