I love the idea of muscular Eldar. Let’s be honest, for as strong as the Aeldari are both physically and especially psychically(They were made to be soldiers after all), the current setting is a hostile environment full of enemies even bigger and stronger than they are. Orks, Astartes chapters(both loyalist and Chaotic), large Tyranid bio-forms, and daemons(especially Khorne daemons)can snap the space elves like twigs if they manage to actually catch one of them(the Orks call them Pansies for a reason). So it would make sense for the Aeldari to have special groups of genetically engineered soldiers who excel the rest of their species in strength and durability; specializing in taking on much larger and more dangerous opponents. Think like the Space Marines but less bulky and less brutish. They would be strong enough to match Space Marines in a physical fight, break an Ork Warboss’ jaw, and force plasteel doors open with their bare hands, along with being tough enough to withstand a solid punch from an Ork or Space Marine and only suffer some bruising and a lost tooth before returning the blow with equal force. They’re muscle mass would be concentrated into their upper and lower bodies, making them broad shoulders, with peaked biceps, horse shoe triceps, bulging pecs(as well as large and firm breasts in the case of the women), traps, and wing like lats, culminating in a thin waist with 8 pack cobblestone abs, leading down to thick corded thighs, calves and chiseled glutes. Their physiques would be developed yet elegant that, in combination with their natural good looks, they would make an Astartes look like an overgrown gorilla on steroids in comparison to the shredded panther that is the enhanced Aeldari. Their vascularity would also be on full display, especially on their arms, pecs, along with their abs and thighs coming from the crotch. Their striated, pumped up muscles combined with their naturally tall height, and the burning passion of Kaela Mensha Khaine in their eyes would intimidate a platoon of Imperial guardsmen or Tau fire warriors. Of course, such will likely be restricted to the Asuryani(Craftworlders) and especially the Drukhari( they already dabble in genetic engineering, and it’s likely that the use of super steroids and gene therapies for muscle growth are quite common in the Wych arenas). But all in all, the idea of jacked Eldar is indeed and interesting and quite sexy idea.
