I've been considering doing a vintage pin-up calender for several years. I just don't know how big the interest in it would be.

You could always do a furry celebrity thing. That might mark up sales a bit. Or treat the pictures sort of like commissions. Say 40 bucks for a month. This way your guaranteed to get your monies worth and they get a picture and a calendar.
