The yucca moth who is the sole pollinator of the yucca, because of the high desert heat during the day night time pollination is much more common and so many night blooming flowers are reflective and bright white to catch the light of the moon and aromatic af to attract their moths. So all the yucca moths are soft and white fluffy guys. I was just doodling some designs based off different moths while reading/watching stuff about them :3 I’m a desert dweller and have a couple yuccas in the yard me self. All the desert yuccas are in bloom right now, it’s been a good desert monsoon season luckily >w<
