Did this back in May and completely forgot about it. It was sort of supposed to be Sparrow's design but I didn't like that idea (I don't think Sparrow should be a scene/sparkledog tbh). Then I thought I'll call this character "LUNATiK" but then disagreed as I think LUNATiK should be night sky themed with hints of scene/sparkledog, so thus I came up with Scalpel.
