There's a little part of me that I have named Mx. More. (Mx. being the gender neutral Mr/Ms.) They like to see whatever I'm doing and insist I ought to be doing something different or doing it better. They're always insisting that whatever I'm doing is wrong, and the to-do list will collapse in on me and crush me whole. So I painted Mx. More to come to terms with them, see them, and talk to them.
"Hey there little buddy. What's up? Why are you so anxious? It's alright. We're ok. It's ok to be calm." And you know, that helps.
