Everyone has his own way to deal with that shitty stuff, and with the wish to get rid off it.
I have many disabilities, and im glad to have a support, a caretaker who manages all the buerocracy i had to fight with the different bueros, if i dont had the caretaker. He helps me a lot.
But you are not alone, before i had the caretaker i needed to do the same like you.
Letters were everywhere and it was not rare that i had difficult problems with that shit.
Hopefully you will get of that shit for yourself soon.
At christmas my mother and i shared together Panettone.

Anyway yeah, bureaucracy is a pain in the ass, but in a way or another I usually manage to get rid of it. Otherwise I still ask my parents to help even if I'm 31 XD
On the other hand I'm really sorry for you troubles and I hope you're doing good despite it all. It's a good thing to have someone to help you when needed. I'm lucky to have a good family (although my parents are separated and surely they have their flaws, but like any parent, I guess) and a few good friends to support me and give me a hand when I'm in trouble. Anyone has their struggles and hardships, but i think that in the end the important thing is to be serene, appreciate the nice things that happen and enjoy the good side of life. I really wish you a wonderful life!
