Sure, she's the Empress and all, but Risea has a duty as well, not just toward the Armada leaded by Daji and its Alliance, but toward Cenon and all the girls she has to protect at the orphanage of the Hirondelles.
She has to get stronger. She has to sharpen her skills and to be the Blade of Cenon, she who was called the Messenger of Death.
She will turn the Other Side into a training field where she will be able to go to her full extent.
