Planning to do a a completed basic yoga card series. Based on an existing deck, “Yoga Activity Cards”, but want to do my own take on it.
Warrior 2 Pose/Virabadrasana : strengthens the leg muscles as well as the core. The maintained posture and arm position also exercises the arms (try holding it for 5-10 minutes)! Strengthens overall body.
