here we have mothers from some of the main regional powers of the civilized world, here I will tell a little about how is the life of these women:

First we have a mother from the Kabirah people, this world is dangerous and unforgiven and sometimes you can born in bad place, but few places are worse to born as a woman than the Kabirah lands, according to the words of the prophet Kabir women aren't worthy of rights, they are just a nescessary evil, created by god only to be servants and to be used for reproduction, the Kabirah religion abhors all forms of beauty and specially the female form, for this reason females are covered head to toe since very early age, any form of meaningful intelectual expression from a female is a affront to the prophet and will be harshly punished by any male present, some fathers and husbands go so far as to pay a surgeon to cut the vocal cords from their wifes and daughters to prevent them from defying the words and teachings of the prophet,In the Kabirah society females have virtually no rights and can be traded at will by their husbands and fathers, their lack of care for their women is so outrageous that act of raping a woman is not a crime, the only punishment a rapist suffers is the payment of a fine to the owner of that woman as a compensation for using her without his permition.
Being a mother in the Kabirah lands is essentially a curse, if you give birth to a girl you just brought another slave to suffer in this world, if you birth a boy you just helped to perpetuate the problem, there's no winning in this game.

Next we have a completely opposite, a Valencian women, probably born in a middle class family of the commonwealth capital, women of this region have the wind on their sails! they can be completly independent from their husbands and fathers and are free to follow prestigious carrers in the giant souless corporations just to feed a life of meaningless hedonistic pursuits, so much so that the average number of children per family in the Valencii capital are just 2, the number is bigger in lower classes but the populational decline is so significant that the valencian crown had to fill their armies with clockwork robots to compensate the lack of soldiers. (the baby is probably not from her husband...)

Now in the third spot we have a beletian woman, very easy to recognize for her voluptuous curves and short colorful garments, beletians have simple ways of life and their females are no different, they find fullfilment in their duties as wifes and mothers, altought their lands lack in technologies and development beletian females enjoy a fair system of laws were both males and females are equal, altought in the matters of spirituality females have the last say, due the direct bless of the mother godess beletian women have a easier time during birth and pregnancy ,having an average of 7 children per family.
Overall if you don't mind the lack of technology, likes hard work and wants to raise a large family, the beletian realms are perfect for you!...but if you are homosexual or dont fit well the usual gender roles dont expect an easy life there....

In the last but not least we have the omarite mother, it's a common say in the omarite kingdoms that "Omarite mothers are like hearths they keep you safe, warm and cozy but they are still made of stone!" this reflects well the personality of most of omarite mothers, yet in the law they are equal to males, omarite females have a rigid code of condut in their society, omarite women are expected to be calm and colected in all situations, women are encouraged to dont smile,laugh or make exagerated expressions in public,females are expected to be utterly stoic because their can and probably will have to endure the death of their husbands and probably many of their children.
The omarite kingdoms are harsh and dangerous lands, and males are disproportionately exposed to this danger, men and boys die like flies fighting invaders and monsters or just in their regular jobs, an omarite mother must be always ready to receive bad news, due this disproportional way of life is commom to omarite women to have numerous children, on average an omarite mother will have 12 children during her life possible from multiple husbands since widows are not just allowed to marrry again but actively encouraged by society to do so.
