This is Draconis' Astral Nebula Form, a powerful form to be feared but to also be bewildered by as he can utilize this form in both defense, and offense! And though he loses the overwhelming power that comes with his last form. His Speed increases, and he is even able to Phase shift his body! Meaning his can freely shift his position in and out Dimensionally, as if teleporting!
This Form also allows Draconis to use create cluster attacks that he can use to barrage his enemies and close out any advantages that his foes may have! Before rending his enemies with a final blow!
