Of course, I should not upload a peeled Cetloc without a completed Cetloc!
Frankly, if you put all of the time I spent working on him in one block, I would have worked all day, literally. Part of that is Colors! 3DS repeatedly having me colour on the wrong layer. Also, having only 5 layers without a way of putting a transparent background was, in addition me being tired, the reason why I left ou the highlights here this time. In fact, this was actually drawn over the peeled version of Cetloc.
Despite this, and there may still be other considerations, I think that I am mainly sure of Cetloc's final design. T head shape was inspired from the dakloth from
not-fun's inhuman comic, while his hands were based on raptor feet.
His fattened/inflated belly spreading apart his ventral scales was inspired by
mandarax, bu the navel popping into an outie was inspired by
gillgill. I also actually drew his monocle this time. Cetloc actually always had those traits; I just never drew those attributes until now.
Now if only I have a way of demonstrating that he can lift his ventral scales the way the dragons in Dragonheart can do.
