Part of my long-standing trade with 
rimskiy
Rimskiy challenged me to draw his character in some kind of dynamic pose. I was watching the winter olympics at the time I was arranging this composition, and remember being perplexed at the insane amount of athleticism that went into snowboarding. So that's my inspiration with this piece.
This was also my first experiment using watercolor pencils. It'll take some time (and probably some lessons) before I'm remotely proficient with them, but it's a start!

Yay, look at my acrobatic aerial boarding technique!
I do very much appreciate your marvellous artwork of my fursona in dynamic pose. I also like the Roo exposing the paws out of the snowboard. I think it quite difficult to exquisitely use watercolour pencils although, it looks fine. I am very sorry for my belated response. Still being in Russia, I have remained unable to get an easy access to the internet here. Please accept my cordial gratitude from Russia.
