Doodle I did earlier. It's a Lutari from Neopets. x) woot! Haha. Loved this one a lot. So I had to post. =D best doodle I've done in awhile. Enjoy it y'all. I was gonna make it a full picture, but I honestly didn't feel like it. So I chopped it and made it an icon. Lmao!

If you're making an animated icon, I'd kinda like my Zafara looking cool, then a strange pink light comes and changes him into a Royal Girl Zafara and have her wink cutely, then a blue light comes and this happens over and over. If that's fine.
