My new characters, Seth the Grovyle and Alice the Celebii, based off the duo from EoT/EoD/EoS just with a new background. He's based off of Zoro from One Piece and its difficult, but you can see the Orange bandana on his shoulder just behind the sword's hilt.

One of Seth's close friends and one of his biggest sword rivals.
Mercury Quicksilver: (Link Coming Soon)
He had to do a hit job for Kroko to capture Mercury and bring him to the Dark Kingdom, which didn't end well for him, thanks to Alices' time travel, they soon met again with brighter circumstances.
Bio:
Seth served under the Balloon Otter Pirates and was close friends with Tai, 43, and Clef, as all three were very accomplished sword masters, when he sparred with Tai, the ocean itself was cut in half. When he sparred with Clef, Heaven itself shook with fear. He admired the swordsmanship of 43 wanted to be a better swordsman like him, he was very loyal to his captain till the very end at the hands of Kroko and his new pirate crew who took out the captain along with 43 and brutally injuring Seth and Tai. Seth saw that 43 handed his prized sword over to him and promised to always uphold the ways of the sword and order. Alice feeling bad that Grovyle was at a loss, but she managed to salvage the Balloon Otter Pirate Flag that Grovyle keeps wrapped around his arm.
Mona the 2nd wanted Tai to spy on Kroko, but Tai suggested Seth since he was more up for it since Tai retired. So after meeting Mona the 2nd she hired Seth to sneak into The Dark Kingdom and pose as a spy and do whatever it takes to keep up the ruse, even if it meant doing something he was against. Had to hide the flag in Alice so his cover wouldn't be blown. He quickly gained Kroko's trust after doing some hit jobs for him and was even granted the warlord title from a noble in the higher ups.
Everytime Kroko talked bad about the Balloon Otter Pirates, he wanted to strike, but he was under contract and told to leak Kroko's actions to Pangorio so they can weaken Kroko's forces. Even going as far as kidnap Kroko's son. Seth had nothing to fear thanks to Alice.
When Kroko lost his new kingdom, he was atonished as Seth turned out to be a spy as he sank over 65 of Kroko's best warships with one single slash from his blades. Alice happy to finally see Seth get some motivation again. Seth than had one job left to do for the higher ups, which would go against his orders code, but it didn't matter to him as knew the risks, but took the job anyway.
Meeting up with the other officials, they offered him a permanent warlord position if he struck down a corrupt official who was taking bribes from Kroko to cover up his crimes. The corrupt official begged for mercy, but Seth just told him its just business as he struck the official down and found everything that Kroko has done and leaked it worldwide. From raiding the crypt, usurping the throne from Siwa, and the Lugia hunts. When the Order found out, he was kicked out, but he knew what he was getting into and took it anyway, but Mona saw that Kroko's actions were leaked worldwide and Mona thanked Seth under breathe as she had some closure
Seth than returned to the burial site of his master 43 along with Tai, as both smirked at each other, they drew each other's swords and clashed.

Alice Bio:
Alice is a Shiny Celebii whose been with Seth for decades, she serves him as his handler and is in control of his affairs such as intel, wiring money, and information on his targets. Unlike other Celebii's, she doesn't fight as her movesets are more of for her to escape, or aid Seth in some way. She has two unique traits, such being able to swap color pallets, making Seth a Shiny Grovyle and her a regular Celebii. Mainly wears Alice and thanks to his clothes, he's able to hide her so no one ever finds out. Her second trait is time travel, but she mainly uses it to go back in time before Seth took a job to make him more prepared in case of an ambush or blowing his cover.
She can morph into a Celebii or a diaper depending on the situation. Such as she had a bad feeling going after Sandoku of the Ragtags were a bad thing, when it didn't end well for Seth, she went back in time and warned him. Despite taking a job, if Alice is worried or concerned for his safety, he won't take it.
Even though he's an Assassin, he won't actually kill anyone (With the exception of the Corrupt Noble), instead they'll be turned into a floral or grass scented diaper with flower prints. He prefers to wear Alice, but will use the target as a stuffer when the job is done and delivers the diaper to the contract handler.
Despite not sharing any emotions, he is a talented actor, if he's caught, he can act his way out of a situation. Tai, Clef, and Alice are the only ones who can read Seth. Alice would do anything for Seth and Seth would turn down a hit job if it made Alice very upset. Besides being an Assassain, he is a very talented swordmaster, he likes to wield 43's sword in his mouth while turning the leaves on his arms into swords. No job is hard or difficult for this pokemon, and he gets alot of work as an assassain. The only jobs he won't take are for Mercury, Crescent, and The Ragtag Rogues. If Alice is weakened from using Healing Wish, she will turn into Seth's diaper so she can rest and recover. This duo is almost as formidable as Mercury and Kimo.
Want someone to turn into a diaper and Mercury or Crescent aren't around, this is your duo as they'll give you your poke pamper at the right price, be sure to pay when the contract is done.
Like many of the weapons, they don't cut or do harm, they mainly amplify elements and turn whoever is hit by the weapon into a diaper or diapercritter, besides taking the life of the corrupt official, he promised to never do something like that again as it was a one time thing to take down one of the most notorious ciminals the pokemon world knew.
