so here's the bad news: Hershel's story is going on semi-hiatus. i talked about it on patreon & twitter, my enthusiasm for the series has poofed and i need to take a break and do other things for a while. i'm not quitting work on it entirely, the pace is just gonna slow down significantly. maybe in a few months my motivation will be back in full swing, who knows. for now consider this the end of the first part of Hersh & Brine's story. they finally be dating. woop woop.

Im glad you're taking a break when you know you need one! At least you found a good place to stop for the story. A major story arc concluded in a satisfying way. Looking forward to when/if this picks back up! In the meantime i'll look forward to whatever else you cook up :3
Your comics have always been a bit a highlight of each day for the past few weeks, and I would be lying if I said I wouldn't miss that. But at the same time I agree with everyone else, this is a good point to take a break. And nothing is worse than a creator that starts hating their work just because of some weird sense of obligation. So...yeah. Take a break, as long as you want or need, come back to this when you feel like it, and I am sure lots of people will enjoy it when (and if) that time has come :)
