I like how the background really compliments the character, especially with the sun rays, it draws the eyeballs to the character's face. :D
This feels so serene but at the same time kind of like the beginning of something exciting to happen, probably like it's just starting to be morning so TIME TO STAR THE DAY, I don't know, but it's a nice nice feeling. Maybe with how the darker clouds look like they are breaking away to the bright happy light, and the character is moving towards it...
Like a nice cool misty day in winter maybe... full of cool serene relaxation. <3 Though this is quite a dynamic image of flying, it brings in this calm calm mood, and it's super nice, thanks to the colours that you used here.
