Couldn't agree more! Primarina really is best suited for fusing the legs together like this, whether by costume or typical tf, especially with how they stand up on their flukes sometimes in the anime. I also love the style for snakes, it just makes the TF so much more alien and alluring in sensation, like you've been tied up in your own body as it shifts~
