Also remember my Fluttercord child Anarchy? She changed name and design a lot, but I feel this design is pretty good.

Anarchy is the first daughter and child of Discord and Fluttershy. Being half Pegasus-half Draconequus, she has an taller and slimmer body. Front legs are paws, back legs are hooves, with wings, a long snake-like tail, a very fluffy neck and floppy ears.

Even if she has chaos magic like her father, it is very limited, and she mostly use it for shape-shifting. Everyone in Ponyville is used to her appearance, but she still transforms into a regular pegasus when she travels.

Anarchy inherited her mother sweet temperament and will to do good. She is currently working and studying at the Ponyville hospital.
