More adventures of Cari at the Naval Academy in Annapolis. Here, she is introduced to one of her many "detailers" assigned to teach and train Cari during Plebe Summer.
It's Vitani from "The Lion King" franchise! I honestly really liked her from the movie and from "The Lion Guard" show. Vitani needs more love, so I redesigned her to be more "Mobian" yet still retain her "Disney" looks. I think I did okay with her design, I hope.
Anyway, Cari is still going through the months of Plebe Summer as she is being hazed by Vitani Outlander, who is in her 3rd year at the academy.

By Academy standards, every 3rd-year student (2nd Class Midshipmen) are given the task to train 1st-year students (4th Class Midshipmen) during Plebe Summer
so, in laments terms, it's the start of Vitani's third year at the academy and she needs to train the "freshmen" LOL (in two years, it'll be Cari's turn to be a trainer)
