question very new to even the idea of this but how would i go about getting a ref sheet commissioned i love the way you draw Avalis and want a sona as one

Firstly; Thank you! Getting the proper Avali head shape right was rather challenging so I'm glad Avali fans like it! ^^
As for commissions; First thing to do, if you haven't already, would be to check the commission prices. Mine can be found here; https://www.furaffinity.net/view/42581317/
If that's within your budget you can ask me if I'm available to take commissions (spoiler; I am :D ), then describe to me, in as much detail as possible, how your character looks.
Once that's all made clear you'll pay me and I'll get to work.

I function on a first-paid-first-served basis. This means I work by order of payment.
I used to work by order of... well... order, but it ended up slowing down the whole list as I waited to be paid for work I did.
I also changed this in the past because at that time there were a few notorious accounts that didn't pay for the work they were given or ended up abusing 24 hour refund systems.
So those who have paid will always come first.
I know this requires a certain measure of trust in me, but I hope my gallery and all the commissions I've done can speak for themselves.

would it be alright to base a commission on a bunch of different details from other Avalis id provide links and any extra info I can but I really suck at creating from scratch and even just the thought of doing this creating a character without reference is a little daunting to me

That's perfectly fine. Others tend to do this as well.
