Sometimes, Irina simply doesn't want to go all the way to the gym after work, so she makes do at home and does at least a little bit of exercise. When she gets ready to work out, she sheds her clumsy work legs and gets into her normal, general-use legs. Despite being a generous, expensive gift from upper management, her work heels just don't really cut it for her uses. Maybe she'll use them for fancy parties or going to the bar with friends. Not only that, they also just feel weird. They don't have the same nerve connections in the feet or toes, so they don't feel as natural as her standard legs; she can't curl or spread her toes, nor can she feel the bottoms of them, so it makes it hard to walk in them.

Aside from that, her doctors said that she shouldn't put too much strain on her thighs for a month after her surgery. So no running for extended periods of time, and no squats with heavy weight. So, if she feels any pains or strains, she needs to stop immediately.
