I wanted to try and draw my bfs fakemon called Ottobeat. A legendary that is mostly based around music. One of his abilities (I think it's a kink?) Is to collar a pokemon it chooses. (I think its once every few months it could? He hasn't gone into detail about powers.) And it will shock the pokemon that misbehaves. But, Scout's use to it by now, and as the night goes on he watches the little pup sleep.
