Puldanine is a dragon residing in Ya'acubo, a farming and alcohol brewing city. His priests offer him fruits, vegetables, and a wide assortment of alcohol to satisfy his appetite and provide him with what he needs to help rekindle the Sun with his dragon brethren.
His temple is kept constantly damp and fire is banned in Ya'acubo to prevent the possibility of igniting the ceaseless dribble of alcohol coming from Puldinine's mouth and nose. This, of course, would explode him.
As one could imagine, Puldinine smells absolutely rancid due to a combination of fruits/veggies and alcohol fermenting in his bloated body.
