She’s a little Luminos fawn named Gingerbread who looks up to the Avios deer and wants to fly like they do, but some of the still racist shit bitch Avios deer make fun of her for it. But jokes on them because Santa still ends up giving her the honor of flying with his team for one night (pictured below)

Gingerbread is not actually flying per se, just held in place in the middle by harness, magic, and the weight of the Santa’s team members carrying her through the air to give her the feeling of flying.
