Things have been really rough for me over the least year and a half and it's been a lot to handle; Last week I think I suffered from my first genuine "Nervous Break Down" and decided to distract myself by sketching how I felt in the moment. Since then, anytime I've felt overwhelmed or like I may be close to a breaking point again, I'd open this file and widdle away at it little by little to distract myself. It ended up being very therapeutic but also ended up being a learning experience since it was all done in Clip ( a program I've barely begun to work in).
I'm still not feeling the best and a bit overwhelmed but I'm grateful I have an outlet to vent those feelings and frustrations and honestly, it turned out to be a fairly nice piece of art, too.

I'm... very much empathizing with you. I cannot know your battle but can relate to it at some level, and I am so very glad you found a way to focus those feelings and excise them, a kind of self done art therapy. I hope you find stability and a chance to catch your breath soon *offers hugs*
