Hair doesn't make sense on any anthro character really, and personally I am sad to never see aquatic animals with proper hair because it just LOOKS better to me~ your char is super cute. :3

What a sweet yet at the same time inviting expression. And such smooth legs! He's irresistibly hot. Absolutely sublime work. It would be a delight to swim with this beauty. I hope he would enjoy being touched and petted as much as other dolphins often do. ;)
