Oh wait, my bad, the title I'm thinking of is called "The Princess and the Potty," which had a similar premise where a princess didn't want to use the potty, and the parents tried different things to get her to use it.
There is an unfinished FIMFiction story of the same name, but it's not the same idea, plus the princess(es) in question are much older.
