I'm always amazed to see how you do the fur on your pics. I'm learning a lot just by watching your work:) I'm also starting to get the hang of nose coloring:p I just got Corel Painter X, so i'm gonna learn how to use that for coloring my pictures. At least try:p I'm probably gonna end up using a mix of photoshop and Corel Painter...

And i guess i should work a bit on making eyes as well:S

I'm also still waiting for the eye creating guide you talked about sometime:) Please tell me it will still come out?:S The eyes you make looks better than real eyes:p Well, maybe not, but they are darn close:)

I'm a bit slow in the thinking area when it comes down to it, so i just recently figured out that i can use your pics as reference for shadowing/highlighting:p You do that so well on your pictures:) So i'm gonna try that and see how it works out:) Hope you don't mind...

Anyway... Can't wait to see your next picture:) Are you making any lions by any chance? If i ever get the chance to have you do a commission for me, then you get to do a lion;)

Thanks again for the comments on my art works. :) Speaking of Corel Painter, Painter Classic was one of the first graphics programs i used for drawing, its still a great tool for artwork!
The eye tutorial will be availiable somtiem this summer, and introduces at one of the conventions i attend. There will be a 1 hour seminar panel i will host on it, and an online version will follow shortly after.
Youre' welcome to use my art works for reference too, if it helps you hone your skills, that its all good. The last "lion" pic i done was my own mascot caracter, Max. ( my icon) Chances are i will be doing more in the future. :)

Your fur is so amazingly furry, not just at the outlines of the character, but right in the middle of his neck. I'm going to download and magnify his fur, eyes (ooohhhh), and his sweet wet nose.
