yea thats my worst exp w auctions, what i learned is its best to centralize to one site, but still advertise it on the other sites youre on! you pick up the experience the more u do it :)

The tail is absolutely stunning. I can just reach out and touch the leafs and run my hand through them seeing them gently bend... its soo wow.

Aw, thank you so so much! Originally they were going to have a fluffy cat tail with normal fur, but I couldn't get the plant tail idea out of my head so I just went for it!

I think it was a good an unique design choice! I honestly have always loved that mix between plant and animals, and you really portrayed it well here! I hope you end up making more of these, you have such good detail and pull from nature and incorporating it into all your designs for backgrounds and scenes, so this is a really cool blend to see in in actual character design itself! I would be super curious to see how far your designs mesh in the future (because I also adore your cat bees like oh my goodness nothing should be that cute)

I love the contrast between the gold and lavander, very nice touch! and I love the illusion of the detail in the tail!

yea i gotta nip myself in the butt not to go crazy bidding, bc i will haha. but if you choose to try a hand at designing more adoptables, id be dying to see what you come up with bc that alone is a treat. ive been a big fan for years!

I've been staring at this for the past 30 minutes, I'm entranced!

I feel a little sad that so good design, with high quality and 2 views+headshots got 150 usd so far.
That's how market works sadly - people who are focused on adopts sell 1 simmetric view for 200+ sometimes.
On the other hand, I feel people who buy adopts all the time also resell them, which I think won't make character be so well developed. After all, I hope that this design gets awesome owner and would get epic concept and bio :3 !

I feel sad I can't offer more honestly! I would if I could, which is why I pushed it up to about the max I can. I see so many cookie cuter adoptable sell for more and I agree with you that it's so sad because this is a gorgeous design. I think it's because it's more unique and vibrant and sometimes people (especially in this fandom) just want something quick and easy to just be another character in their roster. Especially with his tail being more complex, people tend to shy away from complicated or very detailed characters. I myself often like simple and easy but I just love everything about this guy.

I have quite a few characters, bein an artist myself, but I saw this design and love it! If I do win him, I already have a plan for him in my universe of characters and plan to make him into a very cool creature with a fleshed out bio :3

The thing is, "selling" characters I see usually have very complex markings or clothes (just they are done with symmetry tool or line base). But still, they are selling, mostly because the person is popular for adopts and watchers came there for expensive adopts. Adopt can get an AB in a few hours and then.. Ah, never be used because of really complex markings? X3 so the market is pretty confusing and different when it comes for adopts. I think it can be someone's science work xD
I had an experience with these type of people... You know. They commissioned work for adopted complex character, then didn't pay because "I don't have money atm" .. Then.. Asked to change a character because they bought new adopt and sold old one.

And oh it sounds amazing! Hope you win ^w^ I bought adopt only once as a money support for a friend and this character really took a nice place in my world.
